Wendy is currently a third year undergraduate student at the University of Melbourne studying a Bachelor of Design. She hopes to major in Architecture in the future as she was drawn by the potential for scale, variation, and elegance within built structures. She is inspired by the Humanist architecture of Alvar Aalto, the organic philosophies of Frank Lloyd Wright, and the visceral, experimental qualities of Iannis Xenakis' works.

 

Wendy's passions range across multiple disciplines such as mathematics, percussion, French, painting, tennis, and  piano. She also enjoys travelling immensely, which widens her view of the world and brings exciting new adventures. In a degree as multi-faceted and creatively demanding as Design, she hopes to embark on a life-long journey of personal enrichment.
